Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brock Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King drops Lesnar with a big left hand and mounts him. Lesnar is in big trouble!


It looks like Brock Lesnar has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lesnar is trying to stand.
Lesnar blocking the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lesnar holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as King tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Lesnar tries to hold on but King postures up.

King is looking to stand but King has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Poor strikes thrown by King there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Lesnar wants to try and get back to his feet.

King connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

King postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Lesnar looks a forlorn figure.

King gets underhooks to prevent Lesnar's takedown attempt.
King lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lesnar backwards.
Lesnar lands a right hand.
Lesnar has had enough of the clinch but King keeps him there for the moment.
King has Lesnar pressed against the cage, preventing Lesnar from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Lesnar is trying to push King away but King has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
King misses with a punch on the inside.

A frustrated look appears on Lesnar's face as he tries to break the clinch.
King gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Lesnar.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

King tries to clinch up but Lesnar circles away and keeps his distance.

King rushes Lesnar and presses him up against the cage.
Lesnar is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

King tries to pull guard but Lesnar forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
King lands a hook that snaps the head of Lesnar backwards.
Lesnar lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
King throws a head punch that misses.
Lesnar lands a body punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
King lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
King wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Weed King. That's going to take a lot out of him.
King fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Lesnar misses with a punch on the inside.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Lesnar drags the fight down to the ground.

Lesnar bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in King's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Lesnar fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging King to the ground. Lesnar is now in King's guard.

Lesnar gets to his feet. King looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
King is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

King makes his way to full guard, as Lesnar worked for a kimura.

King tries to escape but Lesnar is in control.

King sneaks back into half guard.
Lesnar thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed King's head.

Lesnar wants to work for an arm triangle but King is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
King won't allow Lesnar to pass to mount.
Lesnar thows a huge punch but King dodges it nicely.

Lesnar escapes and gets back to his feet.
Lesnar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
King misses with a takedown attempt - Lesnar sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Nice uppercut there from King.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
King tries to clinch
and Lesnar cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Lesnar counters with a nice double leg into side control. King won't be happy with that.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lesnar stands up.

Lesnar shoots in for a takedown but King shows good takedown defense.
Lesnar tries to bum rush King with a series of wild strikes but King uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
King tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lesnar paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lesnar throws a series of punches but King avoids them all with ease.

King moves into range and clinches up with Lesnar.

King manages to pull guard.
Lesnar postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
King keeping moving, preventing Lesnar from controlling successfully.
Lesnar throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as King works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
King tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lesnar postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

King manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Lesnar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but King circles away quickly and effectively.
King gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Lesnar.
Lesnar shoots for a double leg takedown but King sprawls well. He's pushed Lesnar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
King throws a good cross that connects.

King forces Lesnar back against the cage and clinches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
King lands a shoulder strike.
Lesnar gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from King.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Weed King. That's going to take a lot out of him.

King lands a big right hand that drops Lesnar! The killer instinct kicks in and King finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by King!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Weed King!
Weed King decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
