Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Menezes throws a left and a right that both miss
and Scalf counters with a big head kick but Menezes shrugs it off.
Scalf takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Jared Scalf has been cut.
Menezes swinging wildly here.
Menezes wants to clinch up but Scalf keeps it at a distance.
Menezes tries to clinch there but Scalf circles away.
Menezes fails in his attempt to clinch.
Menezes looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Menezes throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Scalf counters with a one-two to the body.
Menezes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Menezes closes the distance but Scalf moves to the side
and Scalf counters with a series of strikes. Menezes will be more careful next time no doubt.

Menezes tries to bum rush Scalf with a series of wild strikes but Scalf uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Scalf takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Scalf fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Menezes avoids it really well and circles away.
Menezes fails to land with a series of punches.
Menezes moves to clinch but Scalf breaks away

Scalf shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Menezes as he avoids it easily.
Menezes darts in trying to clinch
and Scalf counters with a stiff right hand.
Menezes is rocked!
Scalf shoots in for a takedown. SLAM! Brutal! Menezes is out cold and this one is all over!
