Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Fon Gadov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Henrai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Owen Henrai will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Marvin Fon Gadov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Owen Henrai! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henrai closes the distance and pushes Fon Gadov back into the cage. Fon Gadov looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Henrai is trying to break the clinch but Fon Gadov is controlling him. Henrai wants to get back to striking at distance but Fon Gadov won't allow it.
Fon Gadov decides to pull guard. Henrai wants to control from the top but Fon Gadov keeps moving. Fon Gadov has a closed guard, preventing Henrai from standing up. Henrai tries to free his leg and advance position but Fon Gadov is retaining full guard. Fon Gadov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Fon Gadov has a closed guard, preventing Henrai from standing up. Henrai drops back, looking for a kneebar! Fon Gadov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Fon Gadov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Fon Gadov! Henrai manages to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fon Gadov tries to pass to full mount but Henrai defends it. Henrai should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Henrai throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Henrai is looking for a sweep. Fon Gadov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Henrai really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fon Gadov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Henrai wants to control but Fon Gadov is keeping busy.
Fon Gadov blocks the strikes from Henrai.
Fon Gadov is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Henrai wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fon Gadov postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Henrai to stand up. Fon Gadov clinches up with Henrai and pushes him back against the cage. Henrai wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Henrai tries to land knees in the clinch but Fon Gadov avoids the damage to the body. Henrai wants to break the clinch but can't.
Fon Gadov prevents Henrai from breaking the clinch. Fon Gadov has picked Henrai up - he's going for a ride! Fon Gadov dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fon Gadov trying to pass the guard but Henrai defending well. Henrai wants to improve his position but Fon Gadov is controlling well.
Fon Gadov decides to stand up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henrai fails in his attempt to clinch. Henrai tries for a takedown but Fon Gadov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Fon Gadov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fon Gadov pushes down on Henrai's leg and manages to get into half guard. Henrai is not content to let Fon Gadov control the position. Fon Gadov prevents Henrai from standing back up.
Fon Gadov wants to take a breather but Henrai is having none of it. Fon Gadov has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Henrai defend it? Fon Gadov steps over the head and cranks it - Henrai is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Fon Gadov!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Marvin Fon Gadov!
