Overeem comes to the cage accompanied by Drowning Pool - Bodies (Let The Bodies Hit The Floor) . Cees Overeem has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Overeem. Those never looked like landing.

Overeem clinches.
Overeem putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Natsi in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Natsi is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Overeem with a knee to the head.

It looks like Kuula Natsi has been cut.
Overeem lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Natsi can't get the takedown.
Natsi looks winded!
Natsi is trying to drag Overeem to the mat but Overeem just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Cees Overeem has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kuula Natsi.
Overeem works on Natsi's body with a couple of short punches.
Overeem with a knee to the head.
Overeem is working Natsi over against the cage.
Overeem makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Overeem will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Natsi up against the cage.

Overeem drops Natsi with a big knee straight up the middle! Natsi is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Natsi is rocked!

Overeem takes the fight into the clinch.
Natsi is still on wobbly legs! Can Overeem finish him?

Natsi seems to have recovered his senses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Overeem jerks Natsi's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Natsi drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Overeem goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Overeem because Natsi was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Cees Overeem!
A relieved looking Cees Overeem thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
