PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jeff McManus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoni Kitalke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McManus might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to AC/DC - TNT. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McManus looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kitalke is looking to clinch but McManus is avoiding it.

McManus has closed the distance and engaged Kitalke in a clinch.
Kitalke tries to circle away but McManus has him pinned against the cage.

Kitalke gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, McManus regains guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

McManus has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kitalke can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

McManus is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

McManus goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Kitalke rolls with the submission and now he's on top in McManus's guard! Nice work there by Kitalke!

McManus bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kitalke's guard.

McManus has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

McManus shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kitalke defends it nicely.
Kitalke displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McManus.

McManus is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kitalke defends it well.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
