Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Reitman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julz The Jackal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying The Jackal's choice of entrance music: The Jackal. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ivan Reitman!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Julz The Jackal!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reitman misses with a takedown attempt - The Jackal sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Reitman moves into range and clinches up with The Jackal.
The Jackal wants to break the clinch but can't.
Reitman prevents The Jackal from breaking the clinch.
The Jackal wants to break free but Reitman has control.
The Jackal tries to break free but Reitman pushes him back against the cage.
The Jackal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Good shot there by The Jackal.
The Jackal lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Reitman is rocked!
The Jackal is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The Jackal looks to land a combination but Reitman avoids it well.
A nice leg kick lands there from The Jackal.
Donk. The Jackal catches Reitman right on the button with a cross.
Oh Reitman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The Jackal fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Reitman has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Reitman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before The Jackal can pounce on him.
The Jackal feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Reitman crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Julz The Jackal!
Julz The Jackal is the new featherweight champion!
Julz The Jackal decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
In defeat, Ivan Reitman stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'll be back'.
