Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Legionarivs Sakara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peekay Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sakara comes to the cage accompanied by The Rise of Sakara. Williams has chosen Noise Won't Stop as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakara misses with a right hand
and Williams counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Williams sizes up Sakara with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Sakara has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sakara there as he acknowledges the shot.
A shot to the liver by Sakara. Beautiful body shot.

Sakara throws an overhand right that lands on Williams's shoulder, as Williams tries to avoid the shot.
Williams dips to his left and cracks Sakara with an uppercut!

and Sakara counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Sakara stops Williams from getting back to his feet.
Williams is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sakara perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Sakara wants to free his trapped foot but Williams is holding on for dear life with his legs.

We're going to have a standup here because Legionarivs Sakara wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Williams takes a swing at Sakara's ribcage but misses.

Williams is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sakara.
Williams shoots for a takedown but Sakara saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Williams closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sakara circles away.
Sakara throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sakara swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Williams pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Williams is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Williams lands with a shot to the body.
Sakara catches Williams with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Legionarivs Sakara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sakara fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Williams manages to avoid it.
Williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Sakara swings for the body but Williams moves out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Williams moves out of range of the strikes.
Williams throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sakara lands a head shot.

Williams clobbers Sakara with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Sakara looks to land a left hand but Williams moved out of range nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sakara. Williams does a little dance to reset his feet.
Williams throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sakara stuffs the takedown attempt from Williams. Williams gets slowly back to his feet.
Legionarivs Sakara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peekay Williams.
Williams swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Williams fails to land the takedown.
Sakara slips a straight right by Williams.
Williams walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Sakara looks to land a combination but Williams avoids it well.
Williams slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Sakara tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Williams was well out of range. Poor timing from Sakara.

Peekay Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams lands with a nice body punch.
Williams feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sakaras jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Sakara digs a good body shot into Williams's ribs.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Williams dodges the punch combination from Sakara.

Williams uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sakara.

Sakara steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Williams.
Sakara bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Williams closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Sakara is trying to control Williams's posture but Williams avoids it.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Williams throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Williams throws a chopping leg kick but Sakara manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Sakara looks to land a right hand but Williams moved out of range.
Legionarivs Sakara is winning the standup battle so far.
Sakara missing with a left hand there. Williams was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A looping hook to the body misses from Williams. Sakara does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sakara rushes Williams with punches - Williams moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Williams goes down! Sakara follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
