Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Valentine feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Valentine stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Warner swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Valentine looking to sit in guard and control but Warner gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Warner throws a strike but Valentine rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Warner keeping full guard, as Valentine tries to pass.
Valentine is looking to stand up but Warner won't let him.
Valentine sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Valentine would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Valentine passes Warner's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Valentine is trying to control the action in half guard but Warner is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Warner is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Valentine pulls his head out easily.
Valentine passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Warner!

Valentine is hanging on to Warner's back as he tries to escape.

Valentine is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Warner has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Valentine is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Warner with him. Warner is trying to defend but Valentine has an arm under the chin now! Warner grimaces and is forced to tap out!
