Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pete Bowman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Pokrajac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bowman comes to the cage accompanied by Dark Tranquillity - Misery's Crown. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

17 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pete Bowman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Igor Pokrajac!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowman scores with the left hand. Pokrajac knows he should have avoided that one.
Pokrajac misses with a combination
and Bowman counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Jab from Bowman.
Pokrajac misses the shot to the body.
Pokrajac throws a series of punches but Bowman avoids them all with ease.
Bowman gets a clinch.
Bowman lands a hook to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bowman lands an elbow just above Pokrajac 's eye.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Bowman takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Bowman.
Bowman lands a left hand that snaps the head of Pokrajac backwards.
Pokrajac takes an elbow to the temple.
Still in the clinch, Bowman scores with a nice short uppercut.
Pokrajac is rocked!
Bowman blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Bowman controlling the action here for a moment.
Bowman seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bowman creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Pokrajac's defenses.
Bowman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Pokrajac.
Bowman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Bowman.
Pokrajac throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bowman counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Bowman avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bowman wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Pokrajac lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bowman circles away quickly and effectively.
Bowman wants to clinch up but Pokrajac keeps it at a distance.
Bowman lands a nice hook to Pokrajac's body. Pokrajac takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bowman looks for the body kick but Pokrajac saw that one coming.
Bowman blocks the body kick.
Pokrajac takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bowman feints and then cracks Pokrajac's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pokrajac down.
Pokrajac throws a body kick that misses
and Bowman makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Bowman cracks Pokrajac with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bowman has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pokrajac to stand back up!
Pokrajac is still on wobbly legs! Can Bowman finish him?
Pokrajac bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Bowman comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Pokrajac falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Pokrajac was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pete Bowman!
