Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leonardo Patrelli!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jorge Camacho!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patrelli fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Patrelli throws a body kick that misses.
Camacho scores with a takedown into Patrelli's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Camacho postures up.
Patrelli wants to stand up but Camacho is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Camacho drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Patrelli manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Camacho has Patrelli in his guard.
Camacho has his feet on Patrelli's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Patrelli displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Camacho.
Patrelli shoots for a double leg takedown but Camacho sprawls well. He's pushed Patrelli's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Horrible takedown by Camacho or perhaps it was just good defense by Patrelli which made him look bad.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Camacho.
Leonardo Patrelli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorge Camacho.
Camacho goes for a double leg but Patrelli avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Patrelli continues to drive forward.
Patrelli decides to pull guard.
Camacho stands and throws Patrelli's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Patrelli wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Camacho wants to lay and pray for a moment but Patrelli keeps working.
Patrelli wants to get back to his feet but Camacho drags him back down.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Camacho tries for a kimura but Patrelli is defending well.
Patrelli is looking to reverse the position.
Patrelli knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Camacho on the ground.
Camacho in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Patrelli is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
