The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Game wants to clinch up but Madrov keeps it at a distance.
Madrov throws a hook but Game avoids it easily.
Madrov circles away from the clinch attempt.

Madrov fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Madrov throws a hook to the side of Game's head but Game sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Game shoots for a double leg takedown but Madrov sprawls well. He's pushed Game's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Madrov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Game tests Madrov's chin there with a solid looking shot.

A slow jab from Madrov misses its intended target.
Game wants to clinch.
Madrov fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Game checks it well.
A shot to the liver by Madrov. Beautiful body shot.

Madrov throws a shot from downtown. Game moves away and avoids it.
Game fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Madrov.
Game misses with a few strikes there.
Game ducks right into an uppercut from Madrov.
Game uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Madrov.

and Madrov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Madrov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Game shoots in but no luck this time.
Game looks winded!

Madrov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Game keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Game looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Madrov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Game on the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Madrov seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

That was a close round but I would say that Pietr Madrov will probably get the nod.

Madrov stuffs the takedown attempt from Game. Game gets slowly back to his feet.

Madrov is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Madrov throws a lazy right hand but Game sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Madrov lands with a right hand.
Madrov throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Game on the side of the head.

Madrov drops Game with a huge uppercut! Game drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Madrov is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
