The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez shoots in looking for a takedown but Dominguez manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Velasquez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dominguez tries for a takedown but Velasquez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Velasquez throws a series of punches but Dominguez avoids them all with ease.

Velasquez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Velasquez is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dominguez is just riding it out for now. Velasquez eventually gives up the hold.

Velasquez drops back looking for a leg! Dominguez is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dominguez manages to kick Velasquez off! Velasquez jumps back into Dominguez 's guard.

Velasquez loads up on a big left hand. Dominguez felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Velasquez looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Dominguez can't hide his disappointment, as Velasquez celebrates the victory.
