Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Desperado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucifer Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angel has chosen Dissapear as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Desperado moves out of range of the strikes.
Desperado tries to clinch there but Angel circles away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Angel ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Angel no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Angel is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Desperado throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Angel wants to sweep but no luck.

Desperado wants to get up but he can't break Angel's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Angel has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Desperado avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Desperado tries to pull guard but Angel won't allow it.

Angel shoots in for a double leg but Desperado sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Desperado uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Angel has time to react.

Lucifer Angel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Desperado closes the distance but Angel moves to the side

and Angel counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Desperado's guard now.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Desperado is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Angel seems to have recovered his senses.
Angel has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Desperado is proving hard to escape from.
Desperado is looking to stand up but Angel isn't so interested in that idea.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Desperado throws a right and a left that both miss.
Desperado defending well as Angel loads up on a big left hand.
Angel tries to clinch but Desperado is having none of it.

Angel has managed to clinch.
Desperado is trying to break the clinch but Angel has him pressed against the cage.

Angel breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Angel keeps control of Desperado as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Angel manages to break the clinch.
Angel on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Desperado drops Angel with a left and a right! Oh, Angel is hurt - Desperado dives into side control looking to finish!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Desperado advances to full mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Lucifer Angel will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Angel breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Desperado cracks Angel with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Angel looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Desperado finish him?
Angel swats away the attempt to clinch by Desperado.
Desperado drops Angel with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Angel! Desperado dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
