Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Roussimoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Nick Diaz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andre Roussimoff! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roussimoff slips a jab and a cross from Diaz.
Diaz misses with a double jab.
Diaz looks to land a combination but Roussimoff avoids it well. Roussimoff ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Diaz moves away. Roussimoff is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Diaz stalks Roussimoff and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Roussimoff's face. Roussimoff staggers backwards, shaken. A jab from Diaz does it's job there. Diaz misses with a two punch combination.
Diaz looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Nick Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diaz fails to land with a series of punches.
Roussimoff gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Roussimoff rushes Diaz and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Roussimoff turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Roussimoff manages to end up in side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Roussimoff in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Diaz is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
