Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Tennant!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tennant throws a series of punches but Avas moves out of range.
Tennant misses with a double jab.
Tennant misses with a two punch combination.
David Tennant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Avas needs to keep his hands up - Tennant had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Coronel Avas has been cut.
Tennant tries to bum rush Avas with a series of wild strikes but Avas uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Tennant works over Avas's head and body with a nice combination.
Tennant drops his shoulder and cracks Avas with a huge uppercut! Avas goes down! Can Tennant finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tennant is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

OK we're going to have a standup here. David Tennant hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Tennant throws a series of punches but Avas moves out of range.
Tennant cracks Avas's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Avas slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Tennant can do further damage! This one is done, son!
