Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Larry David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marshall Mathers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David comes to the cage accompanied by PRINCE RAMA - RAGHUPATI. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mathers's choice of entrance music: Superman. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Larry David! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 13 - 4, fighting out of Tokyo, Marshall Mathers! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mathers throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. David tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mathers is in David's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. David is trying to control the position but Mathers postures up. David wants to stand up but Mathers is controlling him. David preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. David working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mathers. David tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mathers stands and throws David's legs to the side, diving into side control. Mathers wants to control but David is keeping him busy. Mathers tries to score with some ground and pound. David controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. David is positioning himself to get back to half guard. David is working hard here to advance position. David takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's one minute gone in the round. David wants to control but Mathers postures up. Mathers prevents David from escaping the position. Mathers throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Mathers scoring with punches from side control. Mathers misses with the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. David is working to avoid the ground and pound but Mathers connects with a decent elbow. Mathers throws a strike aimed at the side of David's head but David avoids it well. Mathers working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Mathers throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Mathers lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear David down.
David struggling a bit here. Mathers scores with a couple of short elbows. David is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Mathers has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! David is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Mathers cracks David with an elbow. That is naaassty. Mathers has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. David avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Mathers. Mathers throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Mathers is chipping away with strikes.
Mathers working away. Mathers trying to control the position but David is working away. David tries to improve position but can't. Mathers creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. David is trying to get back to half guard. Mathers throws an elbow but David slips to the side and avoids it well. David tries to buck Mathers off but Mathers is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mathers tries to score with some ground and pound. David controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Sloppy strikes there by Mathers. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. David is looking to reverse the position. Mathers misses with the ground and pound. An elbow from Mathers crashes against the mat.
Mathers working the ground and pound. Mathers is looking to take a break and control but David is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mathers lands some shots froms side control. Mathers scores with a couple of short elbows. Mathers landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. An elbow from Mathers crashes against the mat.
David tries to escape but Mathers is in control. Mathers trying to control the action but David is working from the bottom. This has been an exciting period of action! David wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mathers throws an elbow but David slips to the side and avoids it well. David is trying to get back to half guard. Mathers scoring with punches and elbows. Mathers lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
David is rocked! Mathers cracks David with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Mathers immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! David is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Mathers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marshall Mathers! Jumping up and down and very excited, Marshall Mathers waved his t-shirt featuring TFP Graphics - Pit Inc's logo in front of the cameras.
