Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Kotetsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Roberto Kotetsu has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roberto Kotetsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Jones!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kotetsu fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jones shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kotetsu as he jumps to the side.
Kotetsu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Kotetsu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kotetsu shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roberto Kotetsu. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Jones sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kotetsu's guard.

Jones throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Kotetsu wants to improve his position but Jones is controlling well.
Kotetsu blocking the ground and pound attempt from Jones.

Jones has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Kotetsu dives in and grabs Jones's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes down on Kotetsu's head and hops out.

Kotetsu scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kotetsu is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jones gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Jones trying to control the position but instead, Kotetsu has worked for underhooks and has pushed Jones into the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kotetsu is trying to force a seperation but Jones has the dominant position.

Roberto Kotetsu showed his dominance in that final round.
