Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jermaine Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilson Baldoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by Straight Out of Compton. Baldoza comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Last Resort kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jermaine Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wilson Baldoza! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baldoza shoots in but Johnson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Johnson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Baldoza is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Baldoza regains half guard, as Johnson was trying to land strikes. Johnson working the head and body with strikes. Baldoza on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Johnson lands a nice short elbow. Johnson throws a strike but Baldoza avoids it easily and moves to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Johnson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Baldoza will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Baldoza's head. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Johnson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Baldoza on the ground. Johnson connects with a couple of short punches. Baldoza throws a couple of heel strikes.

Baldoza uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Johnson's guard. Nice move by Baldoza! Johnson wants to get back to his feet but Baldoza is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Johnson can't keep his opponent in guard - Baldoza advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baldoza lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. This has been an exciting period of action! Baldoza looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Johnson tries to kick Baldoza off but Baldoza keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Baldoza working over Johnson with some ground and pound. Johnson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Baldoza looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Johnson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Baldoza has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Baldoza has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Johnson is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Baldoza cracks Johnson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Baldoza lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Johnson is trying to stand. Baldoza scoring with strikes but Johnson is staying in there.
Johnson is rocked! Baldoza postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Johnson badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Baldoza around the waist but Baldoza pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Baldoza is the winner by TKO! Baldoza jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
