Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fred Ettish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ravi Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ettish kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is With Karate I'll Kick Your Ass. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Ravi Singh! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Singh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ettish paws at him with a jab and circles away. Singh looks to score with a jab to the body but Ettish is just out of range. Ettish tries a low kick but Singh avoids it. Ettish throws a head kick that half lands.
Ettish looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Ettish connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Singh misses with a shot to the body and Ettish counters with an outside leg kick.
Ettish lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Singh has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Ettish. Singh has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Singh throws a body punch but Ettish moves out of range. A jab from Singh finds it's way through Ettish's defenses. Ettish is looking to land body kicks.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Singh missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Ettish looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Singh throws a strike but Ettish rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Singh throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Singh manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ettish's best efforts. Singh wants to get back to full guard. Singh keeps trying to improve his position. Ettish tries to pass to full mount but Singh defends it. Singh is trying to get back to full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ettish lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Ettish feints and then cracks Singh's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Singh down. Singh will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Singh throws a poor cross that misses
and Ettish counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Singh thinking. Fred Ettish is winning the standup battle so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ettish dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Singh. That did some damage! Singh shoots in for a takedown but Ettish shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Fred Ettish has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ravi Singh. Singh throws a poor cross that misses
and Ettish counters with a low kick, right behind Singh 's knee. Singh is breathing heavily. That kick from Ettish tenderised Singh's leg. Singh is trying to keep his angry face on. A good leg kick by Ettish. Ettish uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Singh.

Singh's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Ettish lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Singh takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Ettish throws a wild body kick that Singh sees coming a mile off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Singh takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Ettish's jab looks to have found its range, popping Singh under the eye. Ettish connects with a body shot. Singh keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ettish jabs Singh to the body, keeping him at a distance. Ettish lands a nice looking kick to the body. Singh takes a step back to recover. Ettish buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Ettish connects with a jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Ettish scores with a jab to the jaw. Ettish connects with a body shot that sends Singh's belly button to the back. Ettish throws a series of punches but Singh avoids them all with ease. Ettish takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Singh scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ettish in his tracks. Ettish slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
