The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acevedo doesn't manage to clinch there - Formaran circles away.
Acevedo tries to clinch up.
Acevedo is looking to clinch but Formaran is avoiding it.
Formaran lands a left and a right that sends Acevedo crashing to the canvas! Formaran dives into mount looking to finish!
Acevedo is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Acevedo is squirming around, avoiding Formaran's attempts to control the action.

Formaran is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Formaran throws a right and a left that both miss.
Formaran cracks Acevedo with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Acevedo falls to his knees and Formaran doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
