Tavarius has chosen It Dont Come Easy as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mikey Kim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rikki Tavarius! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kim throws a head kick that Tavarius semi-blocks.
It looks like Rikki Tavarius has been cut. Kim connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. A shot to the liver by Kim. Beautiful body shot. Kim uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tavarius. Kim misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tavarius.
Tavarius misses with a straight left. Kim tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kim shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Tavarius takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kim tries to clinch but Tavarius moves out of range. A chopping leg kick lands by Kim. Mikey Kim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tavarius steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kim. Kim moves into the clinch. Kim misses with an elbow over the top. Kim blocking some punches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kim creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Tavarius's defenses. Kim looking to throw knees to the head but Tavarius is blocking nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kim tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Tavarius avoids it. A nice glancing elbow lands by Kim. Rikki Tavarius's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Tavarius blocks an elbow strike from Kim.
