Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Lewinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grammund Rummelix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewinski comes to the cage accompanied by Shoot from the hip. Grammund Rummelix will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Raymond Lewinski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Grammund Rummelix! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Igor Prikhodko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Rummelix displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lewinski. Lewinski misses with a takedown attempt - Rummelix sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Lewinski shoots in looking for a takedown but Rummelix manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lewinski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raymond Lewinski. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lewinski with a lazy takedown attempt and Rummelix counters with a series of strikes. Lewinski will be more careful next time no doubt. Lewinski dives in and grabs Rummelix's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rummelix pushes down on Lewinski's head and hops out. Rummelix uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lewinski.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewinski throws a leg kick but Rummelix sees it coming and checks it nicely. Lewinski shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Lewinski is looking for a kimura but Rummelix is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lewinski to get the leverage. Lewinski not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Lewinski passes to full mount! Lewinski with the ground and pound from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lewinski looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Lewinski looking to finish with strikes here!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lewinski throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Rummelix has his hands clasped together but Lewinski breaks the hold and Rummelix is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Lewinski!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Raymond Lewinski! After winning the bout, Raymond Lewinski thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
