Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kami Kamikaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takahiko Mori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kami Kamikaze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Takahiko Mori!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamikaze will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mori misses with a wild body shot.
Kamikaze lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Takahiko Mori has been cut.
Kamikaze throws a head kick but Mori moves out of range.
Mori lands a nice looking body shot.
Kamikaze shoots in for a takedown but Mori shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mori dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mori connects with a looping right hand.
Mori avoids the head kick by Kamikaze.
Mori swinging wildly here.
Kamikaze throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kamikaze fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kami Kamikaze. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mori circles away from the clinch attempt
and Mori counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Mori.
A frustrated look appears on Mori's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Mori breaks from the clinch.
Kamikaze lands a jab-cross combination.
Kamikaze throws a sloppy head kick and Mori moves out of range easily.
Mori circles away from the clinch attempt
and Mori counters by clinching up.
Kamikaze's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Kamikaze keeps control of Mori as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mori breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mori misses with a wild body shot.
Kamikaze with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mori to score with a decent uppercut.
Mori misses with an uppercut. Kamikaze saw that one coming.
Kamikaze closes the distance and clinches up with Mori, looking for a takedown. Kamikaze pushes Mori against the cage but Mori circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mori takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kamikaze is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mori misses with a few strikes there.
The fighters circling - Mori throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mori lands a body shot.
Mori is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Kamikaze rather than just go for the knockout.

Mori misses with a body shot.
Kamikaze is looking to clinch.
Mori lands a nice shot to the body.
A jab from Mori misses.
Mori displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Mori throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kamikaze on the side of the head.
Kamikaze is rocked!
Mori scores with a hook to the body. Kamikaze takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Oh Kamikaze is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mori Throws a clean left jab. Mori Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Kamikaze's chin! Kamikaze crumbles to the ground and Mori follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Mori!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Takahiko Mori!
