Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lapu Lapu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Whosa Bouy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lapu Lapu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Whosa Bouy!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bouy thows a body kick. Lapu tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Bouy tries to clinch but Lapu moves away
and Lapu counters with a stiff right hand.

and Lapu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bouy's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Bouy is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Lapu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bouy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lapu has managed to get both his arms back between Bouy's legs - danger averted.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bouy is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Lapu is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Bouy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lapu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lapu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Bouy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lapu defends well.

Lapu trying to stand up but can't free himself from Bouy's guard.
Lapu knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bouy on the ground.
Lapu stays in close to Bouy's body and controls the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Lapu Lapu.
Bouy looks to clinch
and Lapu counters with a left to the body.
Bouy misses with the combination.
Lapu with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Good exchange - Lapu coming out on top.
Bouy tries to clinch
and Lapu counters with a stiff right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lapu ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Lapu scores with a hook to the body. Bouy takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Lapu's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bouy under the eye.


Bouy is rocked!
Bouy circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Lapu. Bouy falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Lapu!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lapu Lapu!
