The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Woodley shoots in and drives through. Ortiz sprawls well.
Woodley throws a head kick that misses.
Ortiz throws out a powerful jab.
Woodley will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Woodley tries for a takedown but Ortiz circles away easily
and Ortiz counters with a left to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyron Woodley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ortiz lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Tyron Woodley has been cut.
Ortiz lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ortiz thuds a left hand into Woodley's body.
Woodley is breathing heavily.
Horrible takedown by Woodley or perhaps it was just good defense by Ortiz which made him look bad.

Ortiz lands a left and a right that send Woodley crashing to the mat, dazed. Ortiz thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ortiz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Woodley has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Ortiz scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Woodley doesn't seem bothered though.

Ortiz drops Woodley with a beautiful combination! Woodley stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ortiz is looking for the KO!

Woodley is rocked!
Ortiz connects with a body shot that sends Woodley's belly button to the back.
Woodley takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Woodley tries to clinch up but Ortiz circles away and keeps his distance.
Woodley walks into a straight right hand from Ortiz.
Ortiz connects with the punch.

Ortiz keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oh Woodley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Woodley is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ortiz sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Woodley seems to have got his legs back now.
Tyron Woodley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Woodley takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Woodley takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Ortiz changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Woodley walks straight into a right hand from Ortiz - that's dropped him! Ortiz jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Woodley from any more punishment! Woodley complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
