The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BigMan pushes Botha up against the cage in a clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Botha just misses with a elbow thrown towards BigMan's brow.
BigMan just leaning against Botha, taking a breather.
Botha breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Botha tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Botha takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Botha moves in looking to clinch but BigMan pushes him off.
Botha stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Botha wants it to stay on the feet.

Botha is trying to maintain a safe position but BigMan gets an underhook and turns Botha into the cage.

BigMan is trying to pull guard but Botha has him pressed against the cage.

BigMan is trying to trip Botha. He has hold of a leg but Botha is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. BigMan persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
