Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carlo Boozer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Pharion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Bill Pharion enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Carlo Boozer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bill Pharion!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pharion pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Boozer staying out of range there.
Pharion misses with a lunging right hand
and Boozer counters with a left to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Boozer.

Pharion is looking to regain half guard here but Boozer keeps moving and retains side control.

Boozer stands up and beckons Pharion to his feet.

Bill Pharion showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Boozer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pharion is fending him off so far but Boozer persists. Nope, Pharion circles away and we're back to standing.

Boozer is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Pharion is trying to escape and Boozer transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Pharion is forced to tap! Nice work there by Boozer! Very nice indeed!

A less than humble Carlo Boozer misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
