Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brynden Tully! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kantaro Hoshino! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hoshino lands a right hook to the body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Tully. Hoshino throws a jab when Tully was well out of range. Tully fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jab from Hoshino. Hoshino throws a jab but it's blocked by Tully. Tully moves away from the strike by Hoshino. Tully darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Tully uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hoshino. Hoshino throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tully sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hoshino fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tully cracks Hoshino with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Tully defending well as Hoshino loads up on a big left hand. A swing and a miss from Hoshino. Hoshino throws a lazy right hand but Tully sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tully avoids the body shot from Hoshino.
Nice body punch from Hoshino. Tully moves away from the strike by Hoshino. Sloppy strikes from Tully. Those never looked like landing. Hoshino looks to throw the jab but Tully is out of range. Hoshino takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Hoshino tests Tully's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hoshino misses with a straight left. A telegraphed right hand from Hoshino misses the target. Hoshino takes a swing at Tully's ribcage but misses. Hoshino throws a right hand that misses
and Tully counters with a left to the body. The fighters circling - Hoshino throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoshino misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Tully counters with a nice uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tully moves out of range of the strikes. Tully keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hoshino. Hoshino connects with a good right hand that stumbles Tully. Tully circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Tully lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hoshino at a distance.
Tully takes a shot right to the bread basket. A left lands for Hoshino. Hoshino misses with an uppercut. Hoshino misses with a looping left. Hoshino ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Hoshino misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tully.
Hoshino misses the shot to the body. Hoshino lands a slapping body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice defenses there by Tully. Hoshino lands a nice looking body shot.
Tully misses with a looping right. Tully takes a shot right to the bread basket. Nice jab there from Tully. Hoshino throws out a loose jab but Tully uses good head movement to avoid it. Nice shot lands for Hoshino.
It looks like Brynden Tully has been cut. Hoshino looks to land a right hand but Tully moved out of range. A telegraphed right hand from Hoshino misses the target. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hoshino takes a swing at Tully's ribcage but misses. Hoshino throws a hook but Tully blocks it. Hoshino misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tully.

Tully is rocked! Tully leaves his chin hanging out and Hoshino seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Tully crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
