Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nolan Patterson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark McGillivary!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGillivary misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Patterson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McGillivary paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McGillivary is defended easily by Patterson.
Patterson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
McGillivary gets back to full guard.
McGillivary tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Patterson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McGillivary works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
McGillivary not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
McGillivary looking to hit a scissor sweep but Patterson is one step ahead there.
Patterson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McGillivary swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McGillivary controlling the position.
Patterson throws a strike but McGillivary rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
McGillivary trying to control the position from guard on top but Patterson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mark McGillivary has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McGillivary is defended easily by Patterson.
Nolan Patterson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark McGillivary.
Patterson misses with a two punch combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
McGillivary shoots in for a double leg but Patterson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Patterson Rushes McGillivary and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! McGillivary is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Patterson Piles on the pressure and McGillivary crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nolan Patterson!
Nolan Patterson decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
