Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Summers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuyuki Takimoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Summers comes to the cage accompanied by Meatloaf: In The Land Of The Pigs. Takimoto has chosen Instrumental as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 9 - 2, fighting out of Hilo, Dylan Summers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 15 - 1, fighting out of New York, Kazuyuki Takimoto! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Summers gets the takedown into side control. Takimoto gets back to half guard. Takimoto is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Takimoto is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Summers perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Summers has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Summers is trying to control the action in half guard but Takimoto is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Dylan Summers wasn't doing enough on the ground. Summers throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Summers fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Takimoto manages to avoid it. Summers closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Takimoto to the mat! Takimoto manages to get full guard.

Summers trying to control the position from guard on top but Takimoto is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Takimoto is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Summers stopping the sweep attempt from Takimoto. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Summers trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Takimoto not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Summers works over Takimoto with some ground and pound from guard. Summers trying to control but Takimoto is working from the bottom. Takimoto has control of Summers's left arm, preventing Summers from doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Takimoto is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Summers trying to control from the bottom.
Summers moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Summers is pulling down on Takimoto's head. It's preventing any offense from Takimoto, at least for the moment. Summers looking for a sweep. Not yet Summers, not yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takimoto trying to control the position from guard on top but Summers is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Takimoto trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Summers keeping moving, preventing Takimoto from controlling successfully.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Kazuyuki Takimoto hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Takimoto with a nice cross. Summers lands a jab to Takimoto's midsection. Summers fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Takimoto manages to avoid it. Summers lands a jab to the head.
Summers catches Takimoto with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! A decent looking cross lands there for Takimoto. Nice shot lands for Summers.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Summers instigates a clinch. Summers taking a breather. Summers has Takimoto pressed against the cage, preventing Takimoto from circling away and getting back to striking at range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Takimoto jumps guard but Summers stands there with Takimoto around his waist. Takimoto gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Summers goes for a takedown attempt but Takimoto pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Summers misses with a wild body shot. Summers swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Summers throws a body punch but Takimoto moves out of range. Takimoto gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kazuyuki Takimoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Takimoto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Summers's waist but Summers gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Takimoto off to one side. Takimoto connects with a leg kick. Summers looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dylan Summers dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Summers lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Summers. Summers tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Takimoto manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Takimoto scoring well with a low kick there.
Summers swings for the body but Takimoto moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Takimoto. Summers does a little dance to reset his feet. Summers changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Takimoto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Summers scoring with punches from side control. Summers trying to control the position but Takimoto is working away. Summers working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Takimoto is trying to control Summers's posture but Summers avoids it. Summers working the ground and pound. Summers controlling the position from side mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takimoto takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Check out the look on Summers's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Takimoto is trying to control Summers's posture but Summers avoids it. Summers has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Takimoto is looking to regain half guard here but Summers keeps moving and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Summers advances nicely into full mount. Summers landing strikes from the mount and Takimoto is in trouble! Takimoto is trying to escape the mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Summers trying to control but he's not successful this time. Takimoto is trying desperately to improve position. Takimoto is bucking up trying to escape but Summers cracks him with another couple of good strikes. This has been an exciting period of action! Summers with a couple of short strikes. Summers dominating with strikes here.
Takimoto is rocked! Oooh a big shot lands for Summers! Takimoto is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Dylan Summers! A less than humble Dylan Summers misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
