The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No Gain tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jacobs swats him away and circles back towards the center.
No Gain has taken the fight to the clinch.
No Gain misses with a short punch on the inside.

Jacobs blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

No Gain lands a vicious elbow to the side of Jacobs's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! No Gain tries to finish him with strikes but Jacobs still seems able to defend himself so No Gain steps back and lets Jacobs get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
Jacobs is rocked!
Glen Jacobs's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Glen Jacobs's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
