Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Puntti Pena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edgars Simans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Puntti Pena!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Edgars Simans!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pena tries to clinch up.
Pena sends Simans crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pena is motioning to the referee to let Simans up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Edgars Simans has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Simans has taken the fight to the clinch.
Simans tries for a takedown but Pena manages to get underhooks.
Pena gets through Simans's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Pena trying to control the position but instead, Simans has worked for underhooks and has pushed Pena into the cage.
Simans tries for a takedown. No joy.
Pena is struggling to control the position.
Simans has Pena pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Simans pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Pena tumbling to the mat - Simans dives into Pena's guard.
Simans trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Simans throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Pena works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Simans pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pena is keeping the position for now.
Simans slips nicely into half guard.
Simans is looking to advance position but Pena won't allow it.
Simans working Pena over with strikes.

Simans seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Simans lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Still in half guard, Simans seems content to control.
It looks like Simans might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Edgars Simans.
Simans shoots in and gets a takedown into Pena's guard.
Pena can't keep his opponent in guard - Simans advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Pena on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pena tries to get out of the position.
Simans sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Pena defending well though.
Simans not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Simans thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Pena's head.

Well, if Simans is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Simans seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Simans throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Some wild striking there from Pena.
Simans circles away from the clinch attempt.
Pena throws a body punch but Simans moves out of range.
No joy there for Pena, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pena tries to clinch
and Simans counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Simans.
Simans is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Simans sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Pena's guard.
Simans looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Simans moves into full mount! Pena won't be happy about that!

Simans lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
It looks like Puntti Pena has been cut.
Pena holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Simans tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Simans is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Simans lands a big elbow.
Simans controlling the pace for now.
Pena knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Simans on the ground.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pena wants to control but Simans is having none of it.
Simans lands a big elbow.
Simans controlling the pace for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Puntti Pena's cut is getting worse.

Simans is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Pena can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Jeez, Puntti Pena's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Puntti Pena's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Edgars Simans!
During a confident post fight interview, Edgars Simans thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
