Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asa Sharp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sharp has chosen Stronger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rafael Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Asa Sharp!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharp shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Silva tries to clinch there but Sharp circles away.
Sharp circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sharp keeps the fight on the outside.
Sharp listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Silva moves out of range of the body kick.
Sharp misses with a series of wild punches.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch but Sharp swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Silva is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Silva walks into a straight right hand from Sharp.
Sharp misses with a kick to the body.
Sharp looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well.
Silva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sharp moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Sharp circles away.
Sharp closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Silva's guard.
Sharp won't allow Silva to get back to his feet.
Sharp trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Danga de danga de dang - Silva scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Asa Sharp has been cut.
Silva wants to clinch up but Sharp keeps it at a distance.
Sharp misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Rafael Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Asa Sharp.
Silva moves in looking to clinch but Sharp pushes him off.
Sharp gets tackled into the ropes by Silva. Silva maintains the clinch.
Sharp tries to circle away but Silva has him pinned against the ropes.
Silva makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Sharp is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva misses with a punch on the inside.
Sharp is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Silva misses with a hook from the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Silva.
Silva fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Sharp seems to have recovered his senses.
Silva throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Sharp looks winded!
Silva lands a right hand.
Silva lands a hook to the side of the head.
Silva dips a shoulder and cracks Sharp with a mighty uppercut! Sharp falls back against the ropes and Silva unloads with a barrage of strikes! Sharp is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Silva screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rafael Silva!
