Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

Thomas misses with an attempted mid kick.
Ripgut uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Thomas.
The fighters circling - Thomas throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Ripgut has taken the fight to the clinch.

Thomas throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ripgut.
Ripgut bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ripgut gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Ripgut drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Thomas gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Ripgut jumps into guard, dragging Thomas to the mat.

Thomas decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Ripgut, up you get!
Ripgut dives in and grabs Thomas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Thomas pushes down on Ripgut's head and hops out.

Thomas misses with an uppercut.
Jackson Thomas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thomas misses with a straight right.
Horrible takedown by Ripgut or perhaps it was just good defense by Thomas which made him look bad.
Thomas misses with a looping right.
Ripgut shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Thomas sprawls well. Thomas wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ripgut gets slowly back to his feet.

Thomas lands a big head kick that sends Ripgut tumbling to the mat! Thomas takes a step backwards and waves Ripgut back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Sean Ripgut has been cut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Thomas stuffs the takedown attempt from Ripgut. Ripgut gets slowly back to his feet.

Ripgut throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Thomas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ripguts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Oh Ripgut is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ripgut tries to move into range but Thomas moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Thomas throws a series of punches but Ripgut avoids them all with ease.
Thomas lands a jab to the nose.
Thomas drops Ripgut with a naaaaasty hook - Ripgut is in real trouble here! Thomas dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
