Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cheato Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niinep Ninwe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cheato Ortiz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Niinep Ninwe!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ninwe blocks a jab.
Ninwe throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ortiz.
Ninwe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ortiz tries to avoid it but Ninwe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ortiz to the ground. Ortiz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ninwe blocks a head kick by Ortiz.
Ninwe fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ninwe throws a nice looking combination but Ortiz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ortiz has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ninwe wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ortiz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ninwe changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ninwe stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Ortiz takes a swing at Ninwe's ribcage but misses.
Ortiz closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ortiz lands in his opponent's guard.
Ortiz trying to control but Ninwe is working from the bottom.
Ortiz is looking to stand up but Ninwe won't let him.
Ninwe has his foot on Ortiz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ortiz works his way back into a safe position though.
Ninwe looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ninwe is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Ninwe has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ortiz can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Ninwe looks gassed!
Ninwe wants to sweep but no luck.
Ortiz trying to stand up but can't free himself from Ninwe's guard.
Ninwe is looking for a triangle but Ortiz pushes his legs off easily.
Ortiz wants to control from the top but Ninwe keeps moving.
Ortiz controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Ninwe had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ortiz is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ninwe Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ortiz's back instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ninwe missing with strikes from the back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ninwe scores with punches to the body.
Ninwe has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Ninwe has Ortiz flattened out and is raining down punches.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Ninwe. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Can Ortiz hold on?! Ninwe is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Ninwe is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Ortiz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ninwe on the ground.
Ortiz defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Ninwe is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Ortiz is defending well though. Ninwe let's go of the attempt for now.
Ortiz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Ortiz rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Ortiz is trying to maintain the position but Ninwe is very close to passing his half guard.
Ninwe is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Ninwe working for a guillotine from mount but Ortiz is in no mood to give up.
Ortiz is wriggling around trying to escape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ninwe goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Ortiz is on top in guard.
Ninwe throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ortiz throws a big right hand that misses.
Ninwe bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ortiz's guard.
Ortiz has momentary wrist control but Ninwe slips an elbow through the middle.
Ninwe sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ortiz's guard.
Ninwe is working for a kimura but Ortiz is defending it quite comfortably.
Ninwe is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ninwe seems to be looking for submissions.
Ninwe passes to side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Niinep Ninwe dominated that round.
That's time! Ortiz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Ortiz moves into the clinch successfully.
Ninwe jumps guard but Ortiz stands there with Ninwe around his waist. Ninwe gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Ortiz gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Ninwe tries to roll over but Ortiz keeps him under control.
Ortiz keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Ninwe tries to get to full guard but Ortiz has control of the leg.
Ninwe misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Ninwe looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Ortiz trying to pass the guard but Ninwe defending well.
Niinep Ninwe has got the better of the ground game so far.
Ninwe slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Ortiz is sitting in close to Ninwe's body. Ninwe has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Ortiz is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Ortiz is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Ninwe.
