The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Castillo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Fimonte is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Castillo to the mat. Castillo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

and Fimonte moves into the clinch.

Castillo sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Castillo stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Fimonte.
Fimonte will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Castillo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fimonte's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fimonte's back!

Emanuel Fimonte overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Castillo is cranking Fimonte's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Fimonte! He's tightened the choke and Fimonte is tapping out!
