Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Razor Ramon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramon comes to the cage accompanied by Hurt by Johnny Cash. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Razor Ramon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tom Rodriguez! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rodriguez throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Ramon counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Ramon is fighting off a takedown attempt but Rodriguez is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Ramon to the mat. Ramon regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Rodriguez postures up.
Ramon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Rodriguez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ramon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rodriguez has managed to get both his arms back between Ramon's legs - danger averted. Ramon looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Rodriguez puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Ramon wants to get back to full guard. Ramon is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Rodriguez scores with a couple of nice shots. Rodriguez is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Rodriguez is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ramon has managed to free his arm - good work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rodriguez is working for a submission of some sort.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramon on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Rodriguez prevents Ramon from improving his position. Ramon avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Rodriguez. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rodriguez throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Ramon wants to control but Rodriguez is keeping busy.
Ramon wants to stand back up but Rodriguez manages to pass into side control.
Ramon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rodriguez on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramon is trying to get back to half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rodriguez scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Ramon to see if he's OK. Rodriguez throws a strike aimed at the side of Ramon's head but Ramon avoids it well. Ramon is trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rodriguez landing a few strikes. Rodriguez throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Ramon holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Ramon is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Rodriguez's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Rodriguez is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Rodriguez is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ramon doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rodriguez.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ramon tries to get to full guard but Rodriguez has control of the leg. Ramon is trying to maintain the position but Rodriguez is very close to passing his half guard. Ramon is defending against the submission attempts here by Rodriguez.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ramon is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Rodriguez dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Rodriguez shoots in looking for a takedown but Ramon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rodriguez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. The fight stays on the outside here - Ramon looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rodriguez fails with the takedown and Ramon counters with a big head kick but Rodriguez shrugs it off. Ramon stuffs the takedown. Razor Ramon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Rodriguez. Ramon throws a leg kick which misses Rodriguez's front leg but catches the back leg as Rodriguez tries to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rodriguez with a poor takedown and Ramon makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Rodriguez tries for a takedown but Ramon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Rodriguez is breathing heavily. Ramon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rodriguez paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ramon is looking to clinch but Rodriguez is avoiding it.
Rodriguez doesn't succeed with the takedown and Ramon counters by clinching up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rodriguez is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ramon pulls him back up using the underhooks. Ramon lands a nice elbow from the clinch. A knee to the head by Ramon.
Ramon stalls. Rodriguez takes an elbow to the temple. Ramon lands a good knee to the midsection. Rodriguez won't want to take too many of those. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ramon stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Ramon lands an elbow that stopped Rodriguez in his tracks for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramon landing knees to the head.
Ramon is pushing Rodriguez up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Ramon using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Rodriguez has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Ramon misses with a knee strike.
Ramon lands a nice elbow. Ramon unloads a knee to the mid-section. Rodriguez lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. A quick uppercut on the inside from Ramon.
Rodriguez is rocked! Ramon scores a nice knee to the body.
Rodriguez is still on wobbly legs! Can Ramon finish him? Ramon jerks Rodriguez's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Rodriguez drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Ramon goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Ramon because Rodriguez was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Razor Ramon! Razor Ramon made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I told you mess with me and your career will fall faster than Owen Hart.'.
