Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffe lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Vasilyev is rocked!
Vasilyev shoots for a double leg takedown but Duffe sprawls well. He's pushed Vasilyev's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Oh Vasilyev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Duffe swinging wilding here.
Vasilyev misses with a hook.
Vasilyev doesn't manage to clinch there - Duffe circles away.
Vasilyev will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Duffe misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Vasilyev seems to have got his legs back now.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Vasilyev.
Vasilyev trying to control the position but Duffe is working away.
Vasilyev tries to advance to mount but can't.

Duffe tries to escape but Vasilyev is in control.
Vasilyev is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Duffe knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Duffe prevents Vasilyev from improving position.
Duffe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Vasilyev is working to tighten is grip on Duffe's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Duffe has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Vasilyev is really squeezing tight and eventually Duffe passes out! Vasilyev breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
