Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rudy Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sebastian Partacz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rudy Perry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sebastian Partacz!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perry wants to clinch up but Partacz keeps it at a distance.

Perry shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Partacz is squirming around, avoiding Perry's attempts to control the action.

Perry is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Partacz is surviving well by controlling Perry's body position as best he can.
Perry looking to control but Partacz is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Partacz wants to hold on but Perry pushes him away.
Perry trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Perry controlling from the full mount.

Perry has control of Partacz's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Partacz regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Partacz is wriggling around trying to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Perry trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Partacz is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Perry with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Perry looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Partacz is looking to improve his position but Perry isn't that keen on the idea.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Partacz is squirming around, avoiding Perry's attempts to control the action.

BOOM! Perry connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Perry sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Perry wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Perry avoids the attempt from Partacz to control.
Perry cracks Partacz with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Perry lands with some strikes.

Perry jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Partacz is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Partacz and Perry has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Partacz tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Perry wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Perry wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Partacz, who protects the arm well.
Partacz is looking to reverse the position.

Perry wants to lay and pray for a moment but Partacz keeps working.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Perry changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Partacz looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
A lull in the action here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Perry has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Partacz!
Perry can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Partacz is looking to escape.

Perry is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Partacz has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Perry lands a heavy elbow.
Partacz tries to hold on but Perry postures up.
Perry mounts Partacz! Really nice guard pass there!
Perry looking to control and managing it successfully.

Perry content just to control the position here.
Perry lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Partacz hang on?

Perry landing strikes from the mount and Partacz is in trouble!

Perry fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Partacz can't escape the position.
Perry is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Partacz is in real trouble.
Partacz covers up after that shot from Perry.

Partacz is trapped and Perry is scoring with shots to the head and body.
Partacz is really stuck here.

Partacz is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Perry gets his way!
Perry is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
Perry throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Partacz!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Partacz turns into Perry and is now in his guard.
Partacz pushing down on Perry's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Partacz rushes Perry and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Partacz wants a takedown.
Perry tries to pull guard but Partacz won't allow it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Partacz looking to sit in guard and control but Perry gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Partacz manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Perry has his foot on Partacz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Partacz works his way back into a safe position though.

Partacz is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Perry's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Perry's back!
Perry tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Partacz wants to control the pace but Perry is squirming around nicely.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Perry, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
