Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vic Kaos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Hebert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Hebert's choice of entrance music: Lose Yourself. Hebert has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Bruno Lombardi and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hebert shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hebert looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Hebert takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Kaos misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hebert tries to bum rush Kaos with a series of wild strikes but Kaos uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kaos misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kaos shoots in and bounces Hebert off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Kaos stands and steps away. Hebert gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Kaos misses with the combination.
Hebert blocks a head kick by Kaos.
Kaos moves into range and clinches up with Hebert.
Hebert goes for a takedown in the clinch but Kaos prevents it.
Kaos manages to break the clinch.
Kaos fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hebert sprawls well initially but Kaos persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hebert is defending against the submission attempts here by Kaos.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hebert is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kaos scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kaos working the head and body with strikes.
Kaos decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Kaos shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kaos showed some decent athleticism there.
Kaos tries to pass to full mount but Hebert defends it.
Hebert looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kaos seems to be looking for submissions.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hebert gets full guard.
Kaos controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Kaos makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kaos stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Kaos cracks Hebert with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Hebert tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kaos pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Hebert is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vic Kaos!
