Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Freddy Krueger!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Tijn throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Krueger clinches up against the cage.
Krueger jumps guard but Van Tijn stands there with Krueger around his waist. Krueger gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Van Tijn is fighting off a takedown attempt but Krueger is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Van Tijn to the mat. Van Tijn regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Krueger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Van Tijn swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Van Tijn not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Krueger pushing down on Van Tijn's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Krueger wants to work for an arm triangle but Van Tijn is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Krueger stops Van Tijn from getting back to his feet.
Van Tijn has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Krueger is working away from the top position though.
Krueger throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Krueger trying to control from Van Tijn's half guard. Van Tijn has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Van Tijn looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Krueger pushes down on Van Tijn's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Krueger moves into full mount! Van Tijn won't be happy about that!
Van Tijn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Krueger is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Krueger!
