4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Fury! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Viliam. No joy for Fury on that attempt. Nice uppercut lands for Viliam. That snapped Fury's head back.
Viliam pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Fury back to the cage. Viliam follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Michael Fury has been cut. Viliam dips down and scores with a jab to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Viliam throws a right and a left that both miss. Viliam catches Fury with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Fury misses with a takedown and Fury takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Viliam throws a front kick that sends Fury stumbling back into the cage. Fury will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Alex Viliam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Fury. Viliam moves into range and clinches up with Fury. Viliam manages to break the clinch.
Viliam closes the distance and clinches. The referee calls for Viliam to work.
Fury tries to pull guard but Viliam holds him up against the cage and eventually Fury drops back down to his feet.
Viliam lands a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Viliam dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Fury tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Viliam just stands there and leans against the cage. Fury letting Viliam take a breather here. Fury fails to pull guard.
Fury tries to pull guard but Viliam holds him up against the cage and eventually Fury drops back down to his feet.
Viliam dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Viliam lands a hook to the side of the head. Fury tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Viliam is trying to break the clinch but Fury is controlling him. Viliam softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Fury tries to pull guard but Viliam holds him up against the cage and eventually Fury drops back down to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Viliam manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Fury is trying desperately to land a takedown but Viliam is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Fury. Fury jumps guard and drags Viliam to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Fury can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Viliam controls the pace. Fury has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Viliam doesn't defend quickly enough and Fury has managed to lock this one up! Can Viliam escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Fury on a fantastic submission victory.
