The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Jackson throws a jab but it's blocked by Scrooge.
Jackson gets caught flat footed, as Scrooge shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Jackson is looking to sweep but instead, Scrooge has passed into half guard.
Jackson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jackson.

Scrooge working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Jackson pulls Scrooge in to control the position.
Scrooge tries to stand but Jackson is controlling from the bottom.
Scrooge wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving.
Jackson wants to sweep but no luck.

Scrooge won't allow Jackson to sweep him here.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Scrooge tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Scrooge tries to close the distance and clinch but Jackson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ebenezer Scrooge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Scrooge looks to land a right hand but Jackson moved out of range.
Scrooge misses with a two punch combination.
Scrooge tries to bum rush Jackson with a series of wild strikes but Jackson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Scrooge manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jackson on his heels. He'll look to pass Jackson's guard now, I'm sure.
Scrooge has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jackson is proving hard to escape from.

Jackson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Scrooge!

Jackson sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Scrooge wants to control but Jackson is having none of it.

Jackson lands a big shot there that rocks Scrooge but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The cut above Ebenezer Scrooge's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Jackson loads up with a big shot that hurts Scrooge! He's pulled Jackson in close but Jackson has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Scrooge survive? More strikes from Jackson and Scrooge is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
