The crowd seem to be enjoying Jones's choice of entrance music: Beyonce feat. Jay Z - Bonnie & Clyde. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones shoots in and gets a takedown into Loow's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Jones distracts Loow with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Jones drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Loow dives on top into guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jones had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Loow defends it easily.
Loow has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Jones escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Loow gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Loow can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jones has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Loow should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Jones has tightened it up now! Loow should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
