Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Torin Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Whom Shall I Fear. Torin Williams had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. This should be fireworks!

Penn scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Williams tries to bench press Penn off him but Penn keeps the position.
Penn working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Williams isn't going anywhere.
Penn is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Williams is trying to escape and Penn transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Williams is forced to tap! Nice work there by Penn! Very nice indeed!
