Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pauly Skillinjah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcos Kelvin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pauly Skillinjah! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marcos Kelvin! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skillinjah throws a combination. Kelvin tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Skillinjah closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kelvin did well to prevent Skillinjah getting side control. Skillinjah working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Kelvin's thigh. Kelvin counters though and makes it back to full guard. Skillinjah knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kelvin on the ground. Skillinjah postures up.
Kelvin seems keen to control Skillinjah's posture. Kelvin keeping moving, preventing Skillinjah from controlling successfully. Skillinjah makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Skillinjah postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Kelvin managing to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kelvin is trying to control the position but Skillinjah postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kelvin is looking to stand up but Skillinjah isn't so interested in that idea. Kelvin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Skillinjah's guard. Skillinjah looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kelvin wants to get up but he can't break Skillinjah's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Kelvin passes Skillinjah's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Kelvin wants to pass the guard but Skillinjah is defending well. Kelvin missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kelvin not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Skillinjah is looking for a sweep. Kelvin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skillinjah is not content to let Kelvin control the position. Skillinjah avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kelvin. Kelvin is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kelvin controlling his opponent.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Skillinjah looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Kelvin controlling well, preventing Skillinjah from escaping the position.
Skillinjah is working hard here to advance position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kelvin tries to keep control of the position but Skillinjah is staying busy. Skillinjah is in bad spot here.

Marcos Kelvin dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Skillinjah lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Skillinjah. Skillinjah looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Kelvin wants to get back to his feet but Skillinjah is in a dominant position and won't allow it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kelvin is on top in guard.
