Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Gunz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Danno Sowerby! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Gunz. Sowerby does a little dance to reset his feet. Gunz shoots in for a takedown but Sowerby shows good takedown defense.
Sowerby clinches up against the cage.
Gunz manages to break the clinch.
Tommy Gunz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sowerby moves into range and clinches up with Gunz. Gunz is looking to break free of the clinch but Sowerby has double underhooks. Gunz gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Sowerby.

It looks like Tommy Gunz has been cut. Gunz tries to pull guard but Sowerby won't allow it.

Sowerby closes the distance and clinches.
Sowerby pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Gunz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sowerby swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Gunz gets tackled into the cage by Sowerby. Sowerby maintains the clinch. Gunz jumps guard but Sowerby turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Gunz. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sowerby has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gunz uses from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sowerby keeping moving, preventing Gunz from controlling successfully.
Sowerby is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Sowerby lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Gunz! Sowerby looking to control and managing it successfully. Gunz tries to get back to half guard but can't. Gunz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Gunz is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Sowerby looking to control and managing it successfully.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gunz slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Sowerby is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Gunz is trying to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sowerby performing his best blanket impression for a moment. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Gunz is looking to escape. Gunz missing with punches from the bottom.

Sowerby thows a huge punch but Gunz dodges it nicely.
Sowerby decides to stand up. Gunz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gunz wants to clinch. Gunz is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sowerby sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Danno Sowerby dominated that round. The cut man is working on Tommy Gunz's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Sowerby scores with a push kick. Gunz wants to clinch but Sowerby slips to the side and Sowerby counters with an inside leg kick.
Gunz darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Gunz content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Gunz has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Sowerby is wriggling around trying to escape.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sowerby wants to hold on but Gunz pushes him away. Sowerby is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Sowerby tries to get back to half guard but can't. Sowerby regains half guard. Sowerby keeps control of the position for the meantime. Sowerby is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Gunz's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Gunz's back! Gunz trying to control the hands but Sowerby won't let him.

Sowerby has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Gunz has freed his hand and lives to survive another� well, another couple of seconds at least!
Sowerby controlling the position well here. Gunz rolled but Sowerby kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Sowerby is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Gunz knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Gunz for a finish. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Sowerby is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Gunz has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Gunz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sowerby on the ground. Sowerby controlling well, preventing Gunz from escaping the position.
Sowerby is looking for the choke from the back position but Gunz is controlling his hands well. Gunz trying to control the hands but Sowerby breaks the grip.

I would not like to be Gunz right now.
Sowerby misses with a punch to the head. Gunz takes a big shot to the side of the head.
Sowerby misses with an elbow to the head. What can Gunz do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Danno Sowerby has got the better of the ground game so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sowerby somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Danno Sowerby showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Tommy Gunz's cut. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Sowerby tries to close the distance and clinch but Gunz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gunz shoots in but no luck this time. Gunz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sowerby circles away quickly and effectively.
Sowerby closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Sowerby is looking to advance position but Gunz won't allow it. Sowerby slows the pace down in half guard.
Sowerby is looking for a kimura but Gunz is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sowerby to get the leverage. Sowerby throwing shots but Gunz is blocking nicely.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sowerby slows the pace down in half guard. Let's hope that Sowerby has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Gunz has a hand on Sowerby's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Sowerby takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Sowerby content just to control the position here.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Sowerby thowing shots but they're missing. Sowerby avoids the attempt from Gunz to control. Gunz is looking to improve his position but Sowerby isn't that keen on the idea.
Sowerby looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sowerby content just to control the position here. Gunz is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Sowerby working for a guillotine from mount but Gunz is in no mood to give up. Tommy Gunz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sowerby sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Sowerby misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
And that's the end of the fight! Danno Sowerby comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sowerby has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
