Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Django Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grant Fortune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is System Of A Down - Chop Suey! . Grant Fortune is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Fortune takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Fortune shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Brown is trying to defend but Fortune finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fortune is on top in guard.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Fortune gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Fortune apologises and we restart here on the feet.
