The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stewfis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Africanus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Stewfis throws out the jab.
Stewfis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Africanus manages to avoid it.
Africanus drives through with a takedown into guard.

Africanus has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Africanus throws a strike but Stewfis rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Africanus will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
