The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tigh circles away from the clinch attempt
and Tigh counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Lyubenov is looking for a sweep. Tigh is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Tigh is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tigh wants to control but Lyubenov is keeping him busy.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Lyubenov doesn't manage to clinch there - Tigh circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

I really don't envy Lyubenov right now.

Well, with Tigh on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Lyubenov is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
